Penny Lezak: “As a licensed professional counselor since 1989; retired school teacher and counselor for a total of 34 years. Over 17 years of private practice at 12655 Woodforest Blvd. Background includes the implementation of the elementary school counseling program in the Sheldon Independent School District. Austin University and a Master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Houston. Work experience includes 13 years as an adjunct professor at San Jacinto College. In 2015, I obtained my supervisory license, which enables me to work with LPC interns who have a requirement of 3,000 hours that will be needed for their license.
I have completed 79 hours in trauma-based therapy for children coming from CPS: "Children's Assessment Center" for sexually abused children CANS Certified to give assessments for foster children. Also, I have gone through the four levels of training through Christian Healing Ministries in Jacksonville, Florida to learn how to pray more effectively for people to be healed in all areas.
After retirement from the school system, I felt I still had work to do and wanted it to be Christian-based – thus this company was formed. I have a heart to help whomever God sends through our offices. There is no problem too big for God.
Rebecca Graves: "I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Houston Baptist University in May of 2014 and my Master’s degree in Christian Counseling in August of 2018. I have received additional certification training for working with sex offenders. In the past, I volunteered with Hospice plus and I currently work as a Bible teacher for young kids at my church. I specialize in working with young children, including adolescents, and adults. I hope and aspire to help as many people as God puts in front of me to the best of my ability, whether they are children or adults. I am always looking to grow personally and learn how to better assist clients in their own personal growth.”
